After years of faithful service, our old listserv will officially be retired on December 31, 2025. At that point, all NCACC communication will move fully to Groups.io, which now serves as our centralized space for questions, collaboration, announcements, and the occasional procedural gripe. If you haven’t made the switch yet, now’s the time. Groups.io offers a familiar email-based experience plus a searchable archive, file sharing, and flexible notification settings.

How to Join Groups.io
Step 1: Go to https://appellatecourtclerks.org/member-area/groups-io/
(No member account? Email tomasino@flcourts.gov for access.)
Step 2: Enter your email and click Join the Group, then click Confirm Email Address on the next screen.
Step 3: Check your inbox for a message from Groups.io and click the Confirm link.
Step 4: Create your password and set your display name using this format: Jane Doe (XX)
Uploading a profile photo is optional but encouraged.
Step 5: Wait for admin approval. Once approved, you’ll be automatically subscribed to:
- Main — for NCACC announcements
- Questions/How Do I — the new home for member discussions (replaces the listserv)
Step 6: Start posting. Ask questions, share solutions, or just commiserate.
Step 7: Harangue your colleagues to join. (Peer pressure is part of the NCACC tradition.)
What Happens on January 1?
- The listserv will stop accepting new messages.
- Microsoft Teams will also be retired.
- All NCACC-wide communication will take place on Groups.io going forward.
Let’s start 2026 with a clean break—and a much better communication tool.
