Jennifer Leal serves as the Court Administrator for the Rincon Court of Appeals, a position she has held for the past two years. Her journey in tribal court systems began in 2007 when she first stepped into a court administrator role for her own tribe in Nevada. This early experience set the foundation for a career deeply rooted in supporting and strengthening tribal justice systems. Jennifer expanded her expertise over the last 17 years by working in tribal court education and tribal government before returning in 2024 as a virtual court administrator serving both a tribal court and a court of appeals.

Her membership in NCACC has already provided memorable moments, including attending her very first conference in Albuquerque in August 2025—an especially meaningful experience since tribal appellate court conferences do not exist.
