Justin T. Kudela began his service as Clerk of Court for the Supreme Court of Ohio in December 2025, stepping into a role supported by more than two decades of experience in court administration and appellate work. His career reflects a deep commitment to modernizing court processes, strengthening court operations, and applying both legal and technological expertise to improve the administration of justice.
Before his appointment as Clerk, Justin served five years as the Court Administrator and a Magistrate for the Delaware County Municipal Court. He also spent 14 years as Case Management Counsel in the Supreme Court of Ohio Clerk’s Office and served as the Administrative Staff Attorney for the Second District Court of Appeals. Justin is a Certified Court Manager with degrees from Wake Forest University and the University of Dayton School of Law.
