Scott Mitchell, Clerk (AL) Congratulations to Lisa Collins, Clerk of the Utah Court of Appeals, Polly Brock, Clerk of the Colorado Court of Appeals, and Amy Wood, Clerk of the Arizona Court of Appeals – Division One, on their recent retirements.
