Heartfelt congratulations to Tracie Linderman who has retired as Clerk of the Arizona Supreme Court, effective May 23rd.  Tracie first retired in 2016 after nearly 22 years with the Nevada Supreme Court, including nine years as Clerk.  In March 2021, she made history as the first person to serve as the Clerk of two different state courts of last resort when she was named the Clerk of the Arizona Supreme Court.  Tracie previously served as the NCACC’s Treasurer and hosted our fabulous annual meeting on Lake Tahoe in 2017.  We wish Tracie all the best in her retirement, and we are happy to know that she plans to remain active in the NCACC.
