Coty Llerenas‑Hollister joined the Oregon Supreme Court when she became its first Court Manager in June 2025. As the inaugural CM—a position newly created in 2025—Coty has already begun shaping what the future of court administration looks like for the state’s highest court. Her combination of professional expertise, long-term experience in appellate operations, and passion for meaningful public service positioned her perfectly for this leadership role.
Before taking on her current position, Coty spent more than a decade serving the appellate courts in multiple capacities, ranging from analyst to lead worker to supervisor within the Appellate Court Services Division for both the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
Her journey into court administration began even earlier in Oregon’s trial courts. Coty, a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in Political Science and Communications, always envisioned a career serving the judiciary.
