Tamika Gibson, Deputy Administrator for the Court of Appeals of Georgia Tamika serves as the Deputy Administrator for the Court of Appeals of Georgia. She graduated first in her class from Morgan State University, where she was a Board of Regents Scholar. After earning her law degree from Howard University School of Law, she served
