Evening Events You Won’t Want to Miss
Monday, August 3 – An Evening at the Bullock Texas State History Museum

Join us for a truly Texas-style evening at the Bullock Museum, where history comes to life. Attendees will enjoy a private tour of this world-class museum, followed by dinner in a unique and engaging setting. The evening will continue with live music, dancing, and entertainment—giving everyone a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy Austin’s vibrant culture.
Tuesday, August 4 – Night at Circuit of the Americas

Get ready for a one-of-a-kind experience at Circuit of the Americas (COTA), the premier destination for world-class motorsports and entertainment. COTA is the first purpose-built Formula 1–grade track in the United States and has hosted the United States Grand Prix since its opening, making it a truly unique venue.
During our visit, attendees can enjoy:
- Mini golf and interactive activities around the venue
- The option to ascend the iconic 133-foot observation tower for sweeping views of the track and the Austin skyline
- Dinner and evening entertainment in an unforgettable setting

- Saturday (Pre-Conference): Duck Boat Tour
Kick off your time in Austin with a fun amphibious tour through downtown streets and onto beautiful Lake Austin, a great way to see the city from a whole new perspective. - Wednesday Afternoon: Visit the Texas State Capitol
If you’re interested in history and government, join us for an optional visit to the Texas State Capitol. This guided experience offers insight into Texas history, architecture, and the legislative process in an active state capitol building.
