Dixie Holland has served as the Chief Deputy Clerk of the North Dakota Supreme Court for approximately seven months. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law and previously served as a law clerk for the Court and as a staff attorney for the Northeast Judicial District. Before attending law school, Dixie earned undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice and International Studies from the University of North Dakota. Throughout her career, she has enjoyed working at the intersection of law, court administration, and public service, and is excited about these intersections translating over to meeting her colleagues from across the country and learning from their experiences and best practices.
